Jose Olmes - Roasted Mondays Only
Our stock has been replenished and we can once again offer this great Micro-Lot to you!
One of our first Colombian micro lots. Jose’s use of plantain, guamo, orange and lemos as shade trees may add to the great citrus flavor. The coffee starts with a wonderful floral aroma, followed by flavors of grapefruit, cherry, lime and pineapple. Sweetness of brown sugar make this coffee balanced yet exciting at the same time.
