A multi-dimensional coffee, this Brazilian offers a wonderfully broad spectrum of flavors including caramel, citrus, blackberry, plum, orange blossom, tangerine, pineapple and vanilla.

Perfectly balanced, this pulped natural variety comes from the city of Carmo De Minas, grown by Cicero Viegas Cavalcanti De Albuquerque. His first coffee produced in 2002 was awarded 4th place in the Cup of Excellence competition. The following year his coffee was the second finalist in that contest. 2004 and 2005 found his farm placing 3rd and 6th, respectively. The harvesting is done with leading edge technology and the beans are terrace-dried. His high level of commitment is evidenced in the quality of the product he produces.
