Ethiopian Sidamo Schilcho
Organically grown at an elevation between 1,600-2,500 feet above sea level and under the shade of banana and other native trees, this coffee is tended by a community that truly owes its livelihood to the quality they produce.
This is a sweet and fruit-laced coffee with mild citrus, clean melon, pink grapefruit and hints of bergamot tea. We found it to be a uniquely wonderful coffee, one of the best washed Ethiopians of the year!
