ETHIOPIAN ARICHA SEVEN
Yirgacheffe is a small premier region in the Gedeo district of the greater Sidamo region. This 28 bag slice was one of 15 coffees processed at the Idido mill in Yirgacheffe not far from the town of Dilla. The Aricha locality is found close to Idido between 1850 and 1950 meters in elevation. Selection Seven was the favorite of the fifteen micro-lots developed by SA Bagersh, the miller and exporter also known for the famed Idido Misty Valley coffee.
Cupping notes include: From its flowery and fruity fragrance, to its luscious aftertaste, this natural is one juicy sugar bomb. With fruits of strawberry, cherry, and mango, you’ll think you’re drinking a starburst. Our favorite natural even over the famed Biloya.
