Our 2008 crop received a 94 from Ken Davids with Coffee Review who stated "Sweetly bright aroma, with tight-knit complexity: flowers, cocoa, honey, aromatic wood. In the cup lightly syrupy in mouthfeel, sweetly and lushly acidy but superbly balanced, with deep-toned light floral notes, orangy citrus and continued hints of cocoa and aromatic wood. Rich, flavor-saturated finish with a very slight astringency essentially lost in flowers."

We were the winning bidder on 2 lots this year that we felt cupped as well as lots selling for much, much more. In fact, our lot was the favorite when we tasted all of them. Our cupping notes include passion fruit, peach, and honeysuckle. Perfectly sweet and balanced, just as we expected.
