Elida Auction Lot
The Elida Estate, by the Familia Lamastus was the number three auction coffee at the same "Best of Panama" auction as the Esmeralda Especial. This was the top non-geisha coffee in the auction and the only non-geisha to receive a score of 90+ points by the international jury.
Our cupping notes include: Jasmine, Citrus (Tangerine and Lemon) plus Pink Grapefruit. This coffee has very good body, sweet acidity and great balance.
Shade grown and surrounded by a private virgin-forest reserve and a National Park. The farm is host to many exotic native species of plants, birds and mammals including the Quetzal (bird) and the jaguar. Biological rich and diverse cloud forest.
