I currently opened the one pound bag of your Coffee Klatch Decaf Klatch Espresso Blend and repackage it into 1/4 pound vacuum sealed bags. Each 1/4 # bag lasts me a week. I cannot believe the difference between you and everyone else I have ever tried. The flavor profile is excellent and the crema from a decaf is to die for.I'll probably try your Decaf FTO next month.
You know...the CoffeeGeek crowd is always rambling on "it's all about the grind" and to a great extent they're right. But I have spent a year trying to get a decent shot of decaf. Let me tell you "it's all about the bean and the roast." Thanks again Klatch Coffee. This was my fist double with your beans...very nice. |
