Decaf Congrats

It is not hard to see why you are an award winning roaster. I have been searching for a decent decaf for years. I've been through the deck...Lavazza DEK, Segafredo, and Illy etc along with some of the local roasters. 2 weeks ago I came across your name in a search and tried a pound of your...Coffee Klatch Decaf Klatch Blend. Unbelievable. Right off of the first grind attempt I have an abundance of warm honey like crema. At first I had to check the label. ";This could not be coming from a decaf."; The flavor profile was smooth, rich, and lingering. I separate and vacuum bag 1/4 lots because I only go through a pound every 6 weeks. I cannot wait to try the FTO decaf espresso as well. I think I'm home...BRAVO. I would eventually like to try some of your regular espresso but a pound will last over 2 months. I have an industrial vacuum bagger. If I individual bag 1/8 pound bags and store in a dark cool place, do you think the last bag will still be reasonably fresh enough?
