The mouthfeel was 'juicy' (Ted), the aroma and cup showed a crisply sweet complex of dry berry, cocoa, flowers, citrus, nut. Long, deep, chocolate-toned finish."

This was the 6th place winner from a field of 1000 coffees at a regional competition held by the Emater association in Brazil.

The southern part of the state pf Minas Gerais is a highly prized micro climate, producing distinctly citric coffee.
